Exchange Policy

• We accept exchanges only of unworn items with tags attached within 14 days with receipt. The tender returned must be the same as the tender used on the original receipt.

• We may accept a return if the product itself was faulty and defective or if we offered a poor representation of the product to the customer.

• Clearance items are final sale as noted on the customer’s receipt

• The policy is flexible to best meet the needs of the customer and to best protect our interests.

• Sales associates are expected to use their best judgment in amending the policy to serve the customer and protecting the interest of the business.

• Consignment items that are returned are returned to stock as the property of La Loupe Vintage unless they have not been paid for item. Check with management.
