Appointment Frequency:
We only permit sellers to book one appointment per week and two per month maximum. The only exception to this is for back to back appointments for large quantities. This allows us to better serve a variety of sellers within our limited appointment schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please kindly cancel your appointment a minimum 24 hours before if you are no longer able to attend your scheduled appointment. So we can make the appointment available to other sellers who are waiting.
La Loupe Vintage reserves the right to cancel appointments at our discretion for any reason.
No-Show Policy:
If a seller repeatedly does not show up for scheduled appointments without appropriate cancellation we reserve the right to refuse future appointments at our discretion. This does not bar the seller from participating in Open Buy Days, but will limit access to booked appointments for a time frame determined by management.
